Before We Get Started
Our terms, process, and what you should know
It’s important to understand what’s included in your estimate, how the installation process works, and what additional costs may arise before committing to a project.
We believe in being upfront and transparent from the very beginning.
Once you’ve reviewed our policies and procedures, we encourage you to ask questions and seek clarification at any time — whether in person or by phone.

This agreement is meant to be clearly understood on both sides. It’s your money and your property — you’re always in the driver’s seat. Our goal is to make sure there are no surprises and that you feel confident every step of the way.

Potential Additional Charges
Disclaimer
Pre Project Start-Up
Our estimating process is site-specific and may involve a combination of technology-based and in-person measurements. While we aim to provide accurate estimates, some conditions may remain hidden until existing materials are removed by a qualified installer.
If additional work is identified during installation, a member of our team will contact you to review the findings, discuss available options, and outline any additional charges (if applicable) before any work proceeds.
New North Exteriors is committed to honest, fair pricing and open communication with every client.
Exclusions
(Unless otherwise specificed)
Rotten Wood or Materials
All structures attached to work performed must be in satisfactory condition. If rotted wood or problems are found the Project Manager will contact you to discuss pricing and scope of work.

Insufficient or Missing Drip Cap
(During soffit/fascia/eavestrough installation)
Drip cap is a key component of your home’s water diversion system, ensuring water flows from the roofline into the eavestrough and away from the structure. Installation is required if not already in place to protect your home and maintain your warranty.

Additional Work outside of Initial Scope
IE: Siding Estimate does not include Strapping, Capping, Insulation, etc (unless otherwise specified)

After Sales Service

Upon final completion, the site will be left clean and tidy, and all old/existing materials will be removed and disposed of, unless otherwise specified in the written estimate.

5-Year Workmanship Warranty
Included from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use. Material warranties are supplied by their respective manufacturers. Please note, if manufactures warranty comes into effect, installation costs will still be required.
