Warranty
All windows include a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering: vinyl frames, insulating glass units and hardware components. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects such as cracking, warping, and seal failure.

Standard Installation Inclusions
Unless otherwise specified, all window pricing includes:
Removal and proper disposal of existing window unit
Professional installation of new window
Spray foam insulation applied around the window perimeter
Custom bent aluminum exterior capping for a clean, sealed finish
New interior casing (primed and ready for paint)

Glazing Options
Double Glazed System
Standard Option: Double Glazed windows are the most common in the industry.

Triple Glazed System
Upgrade Option: Features two ½" airspaces that will dramatically improve the performance of your windows by reducing heat loss and conserving energy.
Diamond Glazed
Upgrade Option: Diamond Premium Glass is 33% to 100% thicker than industry standards—that’s why it’s called Diamond Premium Glass! What this means is that outside noises stay outside where they belong, truly making your home a sanctuary. A window with Diamond Premium Glass will withstand much greater impact and will be a better insulator.
Energy Efficiency Options
​Standard Option: Solar gain glass helps make your home more comfortable by letting in natural sunlight and some of the sun’s warmth. In colder climates like Northern Ontario, this can actually help heat your home during the winter and reduce energy costs.
Upgrade Option: Solar Shield glass is designed to keep your home cooler by blocking most of the sun’s heat while still letting in plenty of natural light. It stops about two-thirds of the sun’s heat from coming through the window, but still allows around 70% of the daylight to enter, so your home stays bright without getting too hot. This makes it a great option for rooms that get a lot of sun or tend to overheat in the summer, helping improve comfort and reduce cooling costs.
Upgrade Option: E-Clean glass is designed to keep your windows cleaner with less effort. It has a special coating that helps break down dirt and lets rain wash it away naturally, so your windows stay clearer for longer. It also includes the same heat-control benefits as Solar Shield glass, helping keep your home comfortable while reducing how often you need to clean your windows.

Fixed Windows
Casement windows can open and close easily with a turn of a foldable crank handle. A multipoint level allows the handle to lock in place creating a sleek look and finish to your window.
For areas of your home that require minimal to full ventilation, casement windows are built with a one sided hinge and can open towards the left or right side.

Upgrade options: Roll down screen
Horizontal Sliding windows easily glide from left to right, providing a wide window view with full ventilation. Depending on your unique needs, we offer the following
- Single Slider (one side slides, other is non operable)
-Double Slider (both sides are operable)

Additionally, sliders will be able to do one of the following
-Tilt Out (for easy cleaning)
-Lift Out (recommended for basement dwellings)
Single Hung Windows operate from the top or bottom with the opposite glass fixed.
Double Hung windows offer the perfect combination of a traditional window with modern technology for any classic or modern style home.
Double hung windows are versatile and provide both a top and bottom sash opening allowing for improved airflow throughout the home. These high performance windows easily tilt making cleaning accessible from inside your home.
​VWD Awning windows are hinged at the top and open outwards. They can open and close easily with a turn of a foldable crank handle. A multipoint level allows the handle to lock in place creating a sleek look and finish for your window.
A great option for allowing natural light without needing ventilation. Fixed windows are non-operable.
